By creating an account or using CVLive ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Candidate accounts and company accounts are separate account types with different features and access.
Some features require a paid subscription, billed monthly via Stripe: candidate CV publishing ($2.99/month) and company search access ($9.99/month). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
When you publish your CV, the information you choose to include (excluding your email and phone number, which are never shown publicly) becomes visible at a public link and searchable by subscribed companies. You must separately confirm your consent to this at the moment you publish. You can unpublish your CV at any time, which immediately removes it from public view and from search results. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your CV.
Company accounts may use the search feature only to evaluate candidates for genuine hiring purposes. Bulk scraping, downloading, redistributing, or reselling the candidate database or any part of it is prohibited. We may suspend accounts that misuse the search feature.
You agree not to upload unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content, not to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which permanently removes your account, CV, and uploaded photo. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee employment outcomes, search result accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, CVLive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@cvlive.example.
